DEFINITIONS

 

TEAM:  
The MidwayUSA Foundation funds youth shooting TEAMS. Please review our definition of a team:

1) Must be a well-organized and reputable educational (training) organization  for primarily high school or college age youth shooters.*
2) The team must have a competent  and responsible coach, instructor, or adult leader.*
3) Must always have two or more active youth shooters (we will not support an individual shooter).
4) There must be intent and effort towards sustainability.  The team is expected to grow and/or remain active into the foreseeable future         through a perpetual life cycle  of youth shooters.

TEAM ID: 
This number indicates your Team Endowment Account is active. This number is unique to EACH team account. Use this number when registering for promotions, applying for grants and giving/requesting additional information about your account.  If your team page lists 'inactive' in place of a Team ID, please visit our Start Your Account page.  

 

PERCENT OF GOAL:
"Team Balance" divided by "Team Goal"

 

CID NUMBER:
This number is printed on your MasterCard, Visa cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card.)

 

FUNDING PROVIDED:
Represents the total dollars disbursed to a school's shooting program since the Team Endowment Account was established in 2008.

 

OPT OUT:

By selecting to "opt out" you have chosen to not allow your name as a donor to the MidwayUSA Foundation to be included in press releases, listed on the MidwayUSA Foundation website, or on other MidwayUSA Foundation promotional materials.

 

TEAM BALANCE:
Represents the accumulated donations from donors who suggested this team since the MidwayUSA Foundation was established in 2008.
